  It was not clean and the rooms and bedding are very dated. The halls and stairwells were terrible ( especially the back stairs which were unlocked). The pool was ok but the pool deck needed a cleaning. The breakfast was very slim and all the tables were dirty ( I checked each one not being used for a clean one) and the chairs and booth seats were very dirty so we didn't even stay to eat in the morning and just left.

  It's a nice hotel and the location was convenient to what I wanted and needed.

  The wi-fi was not able to connect to my computer from my room. My room number 463. They asked me to move my room but my mother was not willing. The service was picked up but wasn't able to connect. That was the only thing that I didn't like about my stay. I would definitely stay there again.

  Pick up from airport via shittle bus very convenient.

  No means of light meal on arrival - only offered take out menu. Incomplete facilities for tea/coffee making in room - in fact no tea or coffee or milk - just a machine without a jug! Don't like papercups.Generally didn't like the area. Breakfast was poor - little choice and had already been well picked over by school children so was messy to say the least.

  I liked that it was within a reasonable driving distance from the airport. The room was fine and the shower was good (strong).

  The staff were not friendly. They were not rude. One of them understood/spoke English poorly so we had trouble communicating. They had trouble finding my reservation which caused a long delay. I was told that my reservation did not include breakfast but it did. That was worked out. The hotel lobby and halls needs renovations to help create a pleasant atmosphere..

  Booked king room was not available. Given upgrade at same price. On arriving at room found it had two beds. One bed had dirty towels on it and seem as if it were used. Other bed not slept in but seemed as if someone had lain on top and used pillows. I was given another room. On opening, I was met with stale smoke odor. (had wanted non-smoking room) room was clean except there was something sticky spilled on carpet and not cleaned up. Large enough to remind one of vomit but black in color. I stayed in room as it was very late and I had an early shuttle to airport.

  Bathroom shower gave too often only cool or cold water. Breakfast modest and same every morning.

  This was a good hotel with nice spacious rooms. there are 2 parts. One is old the other is new. We were in the old part. The rooms were in need of a little tlc but nothing too bad. Everything worked. The staff were excellent, Very professional.I booked a room on the ground floor near the car park and after explaing to the staff I was given what I had specified in my booking. I've read people's reviews concerning the breakfeat area. I found there to be no problems there.The breakfeast was good and seating was no problem. Good hotel. Nearly halfway betwen the airport and the city centre. Shuttle service comes in very handy.
